When you send your items to us, you can suggest your preferred pricing. We’ll review each item based on the brand, condition, style, original retail value and current customer demand, then confirm the final selling price before your items go live.

Each Send + Sell includes processing for up to 25 items.

We recommend sending your best pieces — items that are current, in great condition and something our customers would be excited to add to their wardrobe.

We specialise in quality contemporary, designer and premium high-street fashion.

We look for recognised brands, current styles and pieces in excellent preloved condition. Some of our most popular brands include Aje, Gorman, Kowtow, Ruby, Zimmermann and similar labels.

Our goal is to find the right balance — achieving the best possible return for you while keeping prices realistic for today’s preloved market.

Items are available online for up to 4 weeks.

During this time, we manage the listings, customer enquiries, sales and shipping.

At the end of the selling period, we’ll contact you with the next steps for any unsold items.

You can choose to have suitable items returned to you (return postage is at your cost) or donate them to support reuse and keep clothing in circulation.

Once you’ve purchased Send + Sell, you can courier your items to re:generate or drop them off at one of our Auckland collection points (locations coming soon).

Once received, we’ll take care of the rest — from photography and listings through to selling your items online.
