We accept women’s fashion only — good quality, pre-loved clothing in excellent condition. We especially love New Zealand and international designer labels, plus popular high street brands.

Clothes must be clean, freshly washed, free from odour, ironed, undamaged, well presented, and fashionable. Shoes must be clean and free from dirt or mud.

Accessories can include shoes, bags, sunglasses, and hats. Please note, we do not accept jewelry, underwear, or swimwear.

Corporate wear and vintage items generally don’t sell well in our store.

For all high-end designer goods, we require proof of authenticity.

We do not allow counterfeit or stolen goods and may remove any suspicious items.

Brands we do not support include Shein, K-Mart, and Warehouse, as these tend to be low-cost and don’t sell well.

If any unsuitable items are found after your rack is set up, we will remove them. Remember, rack rental fees are non-refundable.

re:generate Fashion is located at 21 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna in Auckland.

We’re in a streetfront location with large display windows, making it easy for shoppers to discover your items.

Inside, you’ll find a boutique-style space with three change rooms, mirrors, and seating to try on shoes — the simplest and most stylish way to sell your pre-loved fashion.

A good rule of thumb: ask yourself, “What would I pay for this if I found it at re:generate Fashion?”

That’s usually what other shoppers are happy to pay too.

We recommend popping into the store or browsing our online shop to get a feel for what others are pricing similar pieces at.

Please note, we do not accept items priced under $20.

You'll set up your rack on the first day of your rental period — ideally right at opening time to get the most exposure from day one.

We provide coat hangers and price tags in-store, so all you need to do is bring your items and set up your rack.

From there, we take care of the rest and sell your wardrobe for you!

Nope! We provide everything you need to set up your rack — coat hangers, price tags, and even a steamer to freshen up your pieces.

All you need to bring are the garments you want to sell.

No — once your items are priced, they are non-negotiable unless you’ve given us specific instructions to allow discounts.

If you choose to add a discount, it will apply to all items on your rack. Just let us know, and we’ll update your tags to reflect the new pricing.

While we do our best to provide a safe and well-managed space, theft or damage can occasionally occur — as with any retail environment.

While rare, theft or damage can occur beyond our control. We are not held responsible for such occurrences.

No — once your items have been accepted and placed on the shop floor, they must remain for the full duration of your rental.

We do not allow early removal of items, even if you're selling elsewhere at the same time. This ensures fairness and consistency for all our sellers.

All unsold items must be collected by the last day of your rental period, at least one hour before closing.

If you’re unable to pick them up yourself, you can book our pack down service and our team will carefully pack your clothes for you.

Please note, a storage fee of $20 per day will apply and be deducted from your profits if items are not collected the day after your rental ends.

You can choose to receive your payment either as a direct deposit to your nominated bank account or as store credit to spend at re:generate Fashion.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or transfers for Rent-a-Rack bookings. Please choose your rental week carefully.

The starting date for your weekly rental can be any day of the week, including weekends.

Choose dates to suit your availability to set up your rack.

Rack hire is $60 for a 2-week period (1 week in-sore + online, 2nd week online only)

Each rack fits 20 clothing items plus 5 accessories such as shoes, bags, sunglasses, hats etc.

We take a 30% commission on every item sold — meaning you receive 70% of the final sale price, calculated after deducting GST (15%).

Shipping is free on orders over $140. For all other orders, a flat shipping fee of $8 applies.

We ship across New Zealand only.

To reduce our carbon footprint and stay true to our commitment to sustainability, we do not offer international shipping.

At re:generate Fashion, we do not offer refunds or returns for items purchased either online or in-store.

Since all our items are pre-loved, they may show some signs of wear or minor defects, so please check descriptions and photos carefully before buying.

We specialize in preloved items only and host dedicated Kids and Fashion markets.

The stall fee covers the cost of your physical space at our markets.

Sellers are responsible for bringing their own racks, hangers, and any display equipment needed to showcase their items.

You’ll manage your stall throughout the event, including handling sales and engaging with customers.

Best of all, you keep 100% of the profits from your sales.

REFUNDS
Cancellations notified at least 2 weeks before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after this deadline.If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your stall to a friend.Please email us at hello@regenerate.net.nz at least 3 days before the event with their name, and we’ll update our records.

In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the market, an 80% refund will be provided.

Transfers to another market date are possible but subject to availability and a $10 transfer fee.
